Robert, do you only read the first sentence of posts? It's not a prefect process. The most accurate count possible is the goal. It's just not very likely that your hypothesized change of mind happened very frequently, if at all. I know its not a perfect process. But Gore seems to think he can make it one by counting dimples that there is no way of knowing what was intended. The rules were set before the election of totally removing the chad to cast a vote. Gore lost that vote twice. So now he is destroying the election by changing the rules after the election. By counting dimples you are casting votes period. I know I won`t change your mind. Because all you spout is party line.
