Dear Ken: I didnt read in detail that article you posted but IMHO to compare us to JAPAN problems is absurb. My recollection (bg)(before Gore) was that Japan had horribly overpriced its real estate and made horrible real estate deals througout the world due to easy financing. The bubble burst and there was no equity there to cover the debt. USA investment is in technology not real estate. We have the latest, best etc etc and are attracting the minds and hearts of people world wide (again bg). I dont think we resemble Japan in the slightest. JDN
