Oh so now it is about standards? Is it standards or intentions? The point of what I said is that if you are trying to obtain the most accurate count then the best way to do it is to count chads there punched out and left dangling because I would be willing to bet that nobody left a chad hanging on purpose. If they were that concerned about the dangling, they should have asked for another ballot. Statistically, you would get a far more accurate count this way, would you deny that? If you want to discount all these votes based on the law at the time, then you truly have to go back and discount all the votes in Seminole County, and the incorrectly filled out Military ballots etc etc etc... If you are gonna be a stickler, do it right.
