I believe all votes that are legal should be counted and all votes illegal for whatever reason should be excluded, to be totally fair.And I would let the courts decide legality ultimately....................Democratic U.S. Rep. Richard Gephardt and U.S. Sen. Tom Daschle today assured Al Gore and Joe Lieberman that there is support for their challenge of Florida's certified election results. Gephardt said in a news conference afterward that a "full, fair and accurate count" of Florida ballots could result in Gore winning the state's 25 electoral votes and, in turn, the presidency.
