I agree that Fox does a pretty good job of providing both sides most of the time, with some exceptions. I have also noticed that others try to be objective, but I have seen signs of their own viewpoint creeping in from time to time. For example, I saw MSNBC use the word "good" to describe something that benefited Gore, and I have seen Chris Matthews do the opposite. I think Matthews is doing a pretty good job of being even-handed most of the time, though.

If one watches a broad sampling of FOX news, they will find it the least biased.

I read an interesting article in the last couple of days about bias and Fox News. I thought it was in the Post or NYT but I can't find it now. Anyway, as I recall, it said something like: if you watched the big three network news all day you'd notice a smidge of a leaning to the left but if you watched Fox News for an hour the right bias would be apparent.

I don't watch much network news so I'm just reporting what I read.
