WTPE -- did this thing get halted ? I'm seeing the bid/ask went to 0 at 3:30.

Hmmmmmm .. a grand total of 16,000 shares traded. Let me guess 2,000 were Wayne's, 2,000 were Lance's, 2,000 were can-do's, etc., leaving about 1,000 bought outside the stockpit.
