Notion in your own mind, not fact. Any man who continually seeks an unfair geographical advantage the law never intended, and claims the result would be fair if he only had his way, is NOT on moral high ground, IMHO.

Bush has interfered in no way whatever...Gore's official choices to count only his territory and claim that's fair, are wearing VERY thin.
