I don't see how the $$$$ can continue going higher. There will soon be a short squeeze in Gold, and institutions are short as hell. Look for volume to pick up.

Chart.......http://www.quotewatch.com/charts/futures/NYCE/DXY0-weekly.html

Does this chart remind anyone of the COMPX back in March?

Gold bugs -- Be prepared to get out quickly on any signs of strength in the dollar or weakness in the commodity and the gold miners. Gold doesn't generally trade as a "safe haven" against stock-market volatility any more; this is because gold has become "de-monetized" and thus is not widely seen as a store of value. But because gold is priced in dollars, it does fluctuate with movements in the currency markets: relative weakness in the dollar can bump up the price of gold.

The biggest risk I see in gold and the miners is that there are many bag-holders from the days when gold still served as a monetary instrument who are now looking to get out. Be on the watch for inventory dumps--.

Gold can be a good sector for a trade, but be defensive and lightning quick when playing there.

I picked up some HM earlier last month, very oversold.
Looking for a little action as current conditions worsen.
