Does anyone find it surprising that the stock ran up 16 % on Friday and then the announcement came out Monday? How do I get this info ahead of time ??

Hi Ron, when I review TD's sales activity, I am still
shaking my head. If they don't end soon, I may end up with a
permanent disability.

If this were a institutional sell order placed with 'TD the
Broker.' Why wouldn't 'TD the broker' do the porker thing? I
guess TD the broker doesn't appear to have (or have
incompetent) inhouse house traders that can take advantage
of this situation.

(or as otherwise suggested a PP at favourable pricing)

This is still in the back of my mind. Still smells like it. My revised take on this is,
depends how long it takes for Rebecca to close the
deal with the UK partner. If this week, then money is no
longer an issue. If 3 months (hope I'm exaggerating), then
yes the PP is still a possibility. Then IMO they will need cash injection.
Working capital items like build up of Pennsaid inventory.
Items like overhead, new employees, ie current burn rate. And securing another chunk of equity in OXO. I like Wolf's
thinking around another 5% of OXO. Perhaps this time, they
can garner 10% for 5 million USD. instead of 1% per million.

781K shares bought today, our recent daily average was
around 30K and drifting down (I made up the 30k so it can be
disputed). Imagine what kind of price, given the news and
momo, we might have closed at without TD selling!?!?!?

Sweet dreams.

PS Sorry about the slaughtered English. In a hurry to get out.

The three largest sellers were TD, Independent Trading (our
MM) and Verses.
