This has been covered on FoxNews (about the only news station that gives fair and equal time to the Republican view) and a couple of talk shows. When arguing for a handcount, the Democratic Attorney submitted a sworn affidavit stating Illinois had allowed the counting of dimpled ballots. This had an influence on the SC's decision. A SC Justice from Illinois publicly stated that this was a false claim and Illinois had not admitted the counting of dimpled ballots as claimed in the affidavit.
