Requiring positive identification for voter registration and to obtain a ballot would have a very interesting impact on future elections, but the likelihood of that happening is not very great.

Ken - LOL, please don't tell me you are serious. If they clean up the voter rolls, stop election irregularities, where would Bill Daley et al find all the dead people to vote for his friends
