Ok, now we are getting somewhere. So you do realize that under existing laws he is screwed if you assume everything was legal, but you are arguing that the recount process was unfair and corrupted by the Bush campaign. What were said stall tactics and malfeasance? Was it the protesting? The early deadlines? The partisanship? What did they do, iyo, that was against the law to hinder the recounts? I am just trying to step through the logic to get to the core assumptions...
