That editorial proves nothing. A law professor's arbitrary guess is quoted as if he was stating a fact and as if he was an expert on statistics. The conclusion of the author is that Gore would have probably picked up a couple hundred votes. When considered in conjunction with the other votes that were improperly given to Bush it is more than enough to put Gore over the top. Moreover, there is the Seminole County issue that could disqualify THOUSANDS of Bush votes. The battle lines are being drawn in editorial pages now.
