Update here: news.cnet.com "Kyocera representatives said they expect the new phone, which will be priced by its wireless service providers, will sell for under $500" I paid $400 for my Palm Vx about 6 months ago (same memory and OS as in the Kyocera) and another $100 for cables to use the Audiovox CDM9000 as a modem. Slacker mentioned the Palm OS Handspring with GSM phone module. It is here: cellular.co.za GSMland will be using primarily the more powerful Symbian 32-bit EPOC OS and eventually the Palm OS will piggyback it, Symbian products are over a year away for us in CDMAland unfortunately. This new Kyocera will waork for me. - Eric -
