maui dude: "P4 will become a PR nightmare for AMD IMO." Looks like it's becoming a nightmare for INTC at the moment with all the lockups and purported bios problems. Once INTC skates by these existing issues then they've got to get P4 to 2 gigs to be competitive with a 1.2 Athy...At the moment, "hard data" suggests to me that the Athy's odds of survival are greater than the P4's!!!Time will tell, as we've heard for the past 12 months and are about to hear for the next 12 months by the looks of the so far anaemic P4 performance!!!
