Whistler, <<perception that it is a safe haven>> How will that happen? Gold's not money, doesn't offer nourishment if eaten, and people can't physically locate it, ask Doug. Gold investment is moved as paper, even the gold miners now move more paper than the metal they dig. When money lost its backing in gold, gold became a simple commodity. We just need to get used to it. If the world gets really troubled, maybe we trade gun futures? <VBG>
