No,what should have happened is that once Gore suggested a recount in selective counties is that Bush should have said fine - let's recount the entire state. Gore even offered this. Bush instead has fought tooth and nail to keep the recounts from occuring.

WRONG

What Bush has done is to attempt to stop what can only be called an unfair and misguided attempt to only count votes in select democratic counties. It can only be construed as a misuse of constitutional law providing an equal vote to everyone--MEASURED BY AN EQUAL AND FAIR CANVASSING OF BALLOTS STATEWIDE.

GORE IS THE ONE LOSING. IF HE DOESN'T LIKE THE RESULT IT IS HIS OPTION TO CONTEST THE ELECTION--STATEWIDE
