JW and I were just talking,

yes, 4000 does seem a long way off BUT, 1. we get some solidification on the Election by next week, 2. Fed MUST change their bias at the least and then 3. The New year.

Feel when Bush is finally in - we could gain 500 points in about 4 days. Fed changing - another 300 and 3 or so hundred easily by the 15th of Jan.

Ok, Ok, so I am cheating a bit on Jan. but so is Gore with the Election.
