Cash. No where does it say you have to be in the market. Many stocks are still in down trends. NTAP, BRCM to use stocks people are watching on this thread. The correct way to be playing the market has been to short every rise. Failed rally after failed rally. Until that pattern stops being true, the market will be going lower.

Due to the speed of the drop I feel extended base building will be needed, since many players are still in denial or too slow to react to the drop. So as stocks attempt to move higher, the holders that were left behind, will sell. This process will be played out in the form of sideways movement commonly called base building. I'm questing 2 qr or so before the market regains it's footing. An example of what to look for can be found in how QCOM based and now is moving higher. re: QCOM I bet after awhile, QCOM will start to move lower as the market starts to get healthier, since investors will sell off some of the QCOM gains to move to undervalued areas.
