Thanks. Perhaps I should have tried placebos first. I've taken the supplements for four days and haven't experienced
the knee pain or instability that I've usually had in past
associated with jogging or even stationary cycling. It's
still too cold for me to try out the road cycling out in
Leesburg and mountain area.

Re: Glucosamine.. great stuff. What I love is that it works on many animals. Friends have given it to their dogs for their hips etc. So if it works for dogs, then the placebo effect is ruled out..lol

Also my sister.. (physical therapist) has heard recently that only the Glucosamine, and not the Condroitin is found to help. The Condroitin molecule is apparantly too big to be absorbed. It would be great if that were the case.. much cheaper. Glucosamine 1000 mg tabs 120 count wal mart online, and in stores.. 9.97.. falling prices. Best price anywhere!!
