If you include business dealings you could make a close comparison between Bush Junior and Spiro Agnew.

If you look at compromising national security you could make a close comparision between William Jefferson Clinton and Alger Hiss and Benedict Arnold.

Still blows my mind that there are people out there who view Bush as a leader after a) bankrupted the companies who he was CEO for, b) forever hung onto the coatails of daddy, and c) is about the worst public speaker/leader I have seen in this role.
