I'm willing to bet that someone will file suit to either delay the vote of the electoral college or to render that vote invalid after it has been made. Any takers?

On a national basis, 337,000 more of us voted for Gore/Lieberman than Bush/Cheney. As we all know - big deal. In terms of your 'bet' that some type of legal action will be instigated for delaying the electoral college vote or to render it invalid - who knows? Every angle will be explored from all angles. <ggg> However the plot certainly seems to be twisting to the point where authors are having difficulty keeping up with the readers.

How long has it taken the Microsoft/DOJ scenario to play out?

P.S. What happened to Jeb Bush? They haven't shown him on TV on this side of the pond since the day after the elections.

How about a copy of "Fed Up With the Legal System: What’s Wrong & How to Fix It" as the bet?

Chapter 35, Mediate Neighborhood Disputes might apply to our current electoral difficulties but the entire book should be generally useful to the morally-challenged crowd found here (tekboy, check out Ch30--Make Traffic Court Fair).

No, you've got it all messed up.....again.
The Electoral College will have its day, and will vote.

Gore will demand a recount, based on some BS about the "will of the democrats, err, a, the will of the people".
