It's a good thing to chase your dreams -- even if you don't fulfill them, you don't have to live the rest of your life wondering whether it would all have been different if you had only taken the chance when you had it . . .

The girls are still committed to being elementary school teachers. Give the state of education and education funding I wish they would rethink it -- they would make GREAT lawyers -- but it's what they want, so . . . At least they will never lack for work -- as this generation of teachers retires there will be a MAJOR lack of able teachers. Many fewer coming along than there is need for.

I wouldn't say they're "dating" the other twins, who took jobs in the other Washington, but yes, they're still very active friends with them. Email them daily, will be flying out to see them over Christmas break. Time will tell, but they're pursuing a dream, so good for them, as long as they don't make a major mistake, which they won't.
