I'm sure you do - just like you know what happened when I called Best Buy, and therefore must have been right when you said "You are mistaken or fabricating your alleged conversation." Well, I also checked out one of Tony's links to online P4 systems by calling HPshopping.com. The agent said that: 1) it would be 1-2 more weeks until the 9795c was available 2) that HPshopping.com is not the first in line to get systems 3) and that she had not heard of any recall. But I'm sure you can paraphrase my conversation better than I, after you just know... Sounds to me like demand is simply ahead of supply for the moment. ~dbf
