You call it a further injustice, I would say it is a lessening of already existing injustice. If you counted chads that were punched but still hanging, the number of incorrectly counted votes would be next to nil, imo. And if a handful of votes are miscounted in either direction, that is still a statistically better outcome. So how does that multiply the injustice? Not counting a vote yields for one candidate yields the same result as counting one for the other..no? So by throwing those votes out you are indirectly producing as much or more inequity. -enam are you the same poster who used to go by the handle PROLIFE?
