Everyone knew Harris was itching to certify as soon as possible. Of course she would and give Bush every benefit of her decision. With a smile on her face. The courts have already slapped her down twice and they can easily do it again. If you don't believe me just watch them. The only reason Harris might get away with this is that time is running out. Otherwise she's been called in on the carpet and chastised for her blatant partisanship. Non-event except as it relates to the deadline problem. I'll say this for her though, she has obstructed the recount pretty efficiently. She's done everything she can to do that and I'm sure the Republicans are damn proud of her. What a gal.
