You can't mean she was supposed to take incomplete results (count the votes for your man first) and use them. Is that fair.

I also have a little experiment that I would love to run. I would love for the 3 unbiased counters to twice count the same 1000 votes with dimples and get the exact same number twice. If they could do that I would be a believer. At this point I would bet everything I own to say there is no way in hell that they would get the same number.

To me that means they are divining votes, not counting them. That also means to me that those votes shouldn't be counted. Never have before so I don't see why they should now. I am sure that a goodly number of votes in every election are not counted due to irregularities. Because this one was close it is now a problem.

Perhaps we can figure a way for this to never happen again, but I don't think we can change the rules for this one IMO.
