The legislature cannot override the Supreme Courts.
They can try but they too would be bitch-slapped down just like Harris was twice. The Supreme Court thank God is the final non-partisan word. Only they can decide the outcome. Good thing we have those courts. Every other decision-making body is too partisan to have any credibioity left.
