I think it would be foolish for anyone to predict a certain victory in the US Supreme Court in this matter. Anything is possible there. The fact that they are hearing it is big news, but does not guarantee anything.

My reasoning is really quite elementary and not really based upon the law. The US Supreme Court will be no different than the Florida Supreme Court. In Florida all the judges were partisan demolibs. They favored Whopper Al and "interpreted" the law as such. Conservatives are a majority of the US Supreme Court and the conservative view favors Bush. Anyone who believes the Court is not influeneced by political factors is simply not in touch with reality. That's so simple even you should understand it. JLA
