No, the analysis of the class by the plaintiffs determined that it is primarily Black and Latino, hence, they feel the law is racist. That's the whole point of the suit. You misunderstood me.

Oh, give it a rest. Look at national and state statistics.

You can argue all you want about WHY blacks are disproportionately represented among felons, but you can't argue with the fact that they are.
