<ot> Hi SbH - C'mon, this is the budget for 2002! I don't know how people do it in Canada, but Americans tend to have changes. As I ve pointed out in the previous posts, WH and Congress have been playing brinkmanship at the end of the FY for the coming months appropriation. Since both VP Gore and Gov Bush have been specific promises to the public, all they need is to plug in their numbers. I see no big deal about it, not that they ve to balance the books <VBG>!

I mean, maybe you find this amusing from the view north of the border [me too, in a way :),] but I certainly don't think this is the end of the world. Quite the contrary, I think this is democracy to the finest <VBG>!

best, Bosco

The following line from Japan just about sums up this whole election thing.

''It makes me think that both candidates aren't so good,'' said Takayoshi Ishizeki

On a more serious note. KEM,RMBS,SSTI sure blew up good today. ML's downgrade to KEM, RMBS' trial in europe and PS2 missing shipment targets, ssti? (don't know). I would have picked up some, but since that near-disaster with SNDK, I'm not sure anymore if the old DCB plays have suddenly become FallingKnives plays.

If KEM and SSTI falls again tomorrow, they probably will go into irresistible territory... Opinions?
