Gore's "every vote must count" mantra cuts against including partial, incomplete hand recounts. They only hand-counted heavily-Democrat precincts, and they're the ones they now are suing to have added in. Don't they think the Cuban-American, heavily-Republican Miami-Dade precincts, 6:1 or 7:1 in favor of Bush, should be allowed to offset the Democrat cherry-picked precincts they already counted? Of course not. Why? Because every vote must count only if it's a Democrat vote. Btw, the VAST majority of the 9,000+ disputed ballots will come out as "NO VOTE" in the end. They've already been counted twice, and that's how they came out.
