I'm no expert on internet stuff. I can barely turn the 'puter on. Probably there is an innocent explanation for this, but it was the most intense flurry of firewall alarms I've seen. They are not uncommon and happen at all sorts of sites, but not to this extent.

Perhaps someone more knowledgeable could comment?

Here's the info the firewall program gave me---

I don't think it's likely this is anything underhanded.
I think if the IRS wanted to act covertly they'd be better at it than this. <G>
