Dan,

Why, perchance, do you think the Bush campaign co-chair is more adept at interpreting the law than the Florida Supreme Court?

If you are referring to FL SOS, the current FL constitution gives the SOS broad powers over FL elections. Harris was elected to that office by the people of Florida.

Your own legal expertise, or just what you read in the lockstep rants from the bloviating pundits of the right?

It doesn't take a lot of legal expertise to see judges running amok.

Joe

Dan,

Moral authority is proportional to the amount of money received from the Republican party. Why are you having trouble understanding that?

A potential ambassadorship in a Republican administration automatically gives the SOS higher judicial authority than the FL Supreme Court.
