Look at all the companies that because their share prices are so low (among other things) cannot even afford to have filings done:

otcbb.com

MMs and others will not be happy until the market is closed down for good cause all the stocks are bidding 0.

And that is how it should be, with everyone. Hearsay, "the ceo told me", "ir told me", "strong rumour" etc etc just doesn't cut it.

Now if the company has actually released news, or stated something in a filing, and can be held accountable for it, that's different.
