That's not an issue. Yet. And boy wouldn't that be nasty to try and usurp the decision of the Supreme Court by refusing to release and subverting electors? That would be the ultimate extreme defiant act against law and order. I'm sure the GOP doesn't want to go down that road. The longterm harm to their reputation would be devastating. And then they really would be guilty of trying to steal an election.
Ridiculous idea. But one that's already occured to Tom Delay and a few other "get out your guns boys" partisan fanatics. Who votes for these people anyway?
