Since you think it is laughable that I feel the FLSC is a rather liberal court, where do you see them? You are correct that the USSC will be the last word. I will listen closely to what they have to say. I predict they will be to overturn the FLSC, but if they don't I will look at their reasoning closly with an open mind. In other words, if they don't overturn them, I think they will have a good reason. One thing I heard last night that was interesting is that the FLSC's decision was based on BAD information from Boise. It would be hilarious if they overturned themselves.
