Yeah right. Lying about your extra-marital sex life should be an impeachable offence. If that were so then few politicians would be able to hold a job. A good percentage of them are skirt-chasers. A lot more than you think. And besides we always knew that about Clinton from the beginning. And he kept winning anyway. It was a black mark on his record but the hypocritical GOP went after him like hyenas. Funny though their Speaker Livingston suddenly had to resign without explanation. And you think GW has never fooled around?
