Undercount? Let's see, you took a look at all the choices and vomited. Didn't punch any. Three or four or ??? weeks later a Democratic canvassing board looks at your ballot, sees you voted for 5 Democrats and 3 Republicans and decides you really, really, really in the bottom of your heart intended to vote for Gore. So now you vote for Gore. And if you voted for 5 Republicans and 3 Democrats and nobody's watching or a Democrat is watching, you intended to vote for Gore and you vote for Gore. If a Republican is watching, then you intended to vote for nobody and you vote for nobody. And if I can get rules like that, I'm going to run for President in 2004 and everybody is going to vote for me!
