The FSC made a very conservative decision. Didn't even give them enough time to count all the votes. You neglect to recognize Gore has a 100% legal right to those hand recounts. Harris had truied to subvert those rights and end it before any recounts could happen. If the FSC had let her get away with that "crime" then you'd have to figure any close election could just be decided by whatever partisan controls the local territory. Hence, a weak and corrupt democracy. Thank God we have courts. And Supreme Court judges are the least partisan of any as they don't have to worry about being re-elected or raising money.
