All I said was she followed the laws of the State of Florida. If she had not done so, I would grant that you have a point. The FLSC ordered an extension and she followed their new deadline. If the counties had gotten on the stick, they could have completed within the time frame.

Harris made a totally non-partisan independent decision upholding the law of Florida. Absolutely right

I agree, she may be biased but her decision was not. She followed the order of the court. She has been consistent. Closing the office on Sunday after indicating in writing to the concerned parties that the office was to be open would have the appearance of playing a game.

The democrats indicated to the FSC the recount could be completed in a matter of days. The democrats got their wish...they have been given the benefit of the doubt over and over and over again. They misled the court about the time required to recount and they misled the court about the Illinois Supreme court case regarding dimpled ballots.

Now its down to Gore suing democrats. The democratic supreme court and the democratic counties conspired against Gore to not count his votes?

The game is over.
