My biggest mistake would have to be buying companies too early in the adoption cycle. These seem to be the companies hardest hit when the market turns sour. While this thread has been great for identifying possible gorillas sometimes I think not enough time is spent discussing how far along these potential gorillas are in their adoption cycle.Even though I have read the RFM a couple of times, it takes experience in investing to fully understand the concepts explained in the book. You have to go through experiences like the last eight months to really learn the concepts of TRFM.I also would like to echo sentiments expressed earlier on this thread. If you just spot read this thread you are doing yourself a disservice. The information and ideas posted here have been invaluable to me and of course many others.Plus the support on this thread to stay the course of LTBH during this tech slide have been invaluable for a relative newcomer like myself.Back to lurking and learning mode.
