YES! And that's what's driving their insanity. Bush will probably appoint THREE Supreme court justices. And we just saw in Florida how important that is.

The last thing we need is a bunch of Alan Dirswaitz types going to the Supreme court who believe. "The constitution is a living breathing document to be manipulated and interpreted the way we see fit".

Either Bush or Gore will appoint justices. We'll see which. You don't know and I don't know. But Gore does badly need a court victory now. Badly. He's running out of time to re-count those damn things thanks to all the obstructions.
