We are talking about the same Harris? The one who followed the law as it was written prior to the election, and also followed the law as re-written by the FSC after the election. The one who certified the lawful results of the election and forwarded on to the State Canvassing Commission, who in turn awarded the electors of the state of Florida to President-Elect George W. Bush? That the Harris you are talking about?
