It seems to me that the DNC et al. would be equally
set on going forward if met with opposition as you indicate. I'm genuinely interested in ascertaining the factual basis for your statements, though.

I try not to be blind, but you haven't illuminated this for me as yet.

If this is only your opinion or general feeling, just say so. If you have some factual basis, I'd love to hear it.

I was worried about this as soon as the Supreme Court set the Sunday deadline.

Of course, the reason they set that deadline was to allow sufficient time for statutorily-authorized election contest procedures to be completed. As Bill Gates has learned, it is not a good idea to bet against Boies.
