Hi "Fuchi may have been right about you" Elmer. Did you forget to mention this part of Tom's post? I regard it as rather mind-blowing that Pentium 4 as well as Pentium III and Athlon benefited from the re-compilation immensely. It shows that the original compilation of FlasK was either done with an ancient compiler or with very strange optimizations. Did you also forget to mention that Athlon is clock for clock just as fast as P4 on the Intel optimized flask code, or that flask may be illegal software? Scumbria
