Is anyone watching Pat Caddell on Hardball right now? Impeccable Democrat credentials (worked for Ted Kennedy, Cuomo, Carter, McGovern), says that his family has been Democrat since his Great Grandfather, and is disgusted "that my party of principal has been hijacked by gangsters who will do whatever it takes to win at all costs". He's rather hot under the collar. EDIT: He also referred to Gore's "lie" re: the "uncounted" 10,000 votes in Miami-Dade as "Orwellian".

It's one thing to suggest Lieberman is a draw for Jewish votes. Certainly he was chosen for that reason but also because he was the first to condemn Clinton for his uh, personal weaknesses. zurdo's comments, however, have a biased tone to them, and I think if you read them more closely you'll see it too. And yes, I'd like to see him respond with clear conviction about his point of view, beyond repeating his coded statements. Air and sunlight remain the best disinfectants.
