p.p.s. It doesn't sound to me like the 4700 ballots in Seminole County should be allowed.

BTW, did I mention that my ESP tells me that virtually all of those 4700 votes were for Al Gore. <G>

I knew that they were for the applications, not the ballots, but SbH has rightly pointed out that there's no way to tell which of the (17000?) absentee ballots were from those 4700 applications, so you can either do nothing, or toss them all. It'll be interesting to see what happens. Apparently there was a local race in which all of the absentee ballots were tossed due to the same issue.
