Based on what?

Have they taken some action?

You may not be aware that anybody can file a suit about virtually anything. Filing a suit doesn't mean a court thinks it has merit.

Has the court acted at all on this yet? If so, I haven't seen it. If not, all that we know is that one Democrat filed the case -- we don't even know whether he thinks it has merit, since it could have been done for purely political purposes knowing it was meritless. I hate to say this, but some lawyers will do that. Ever heard of SLAPP suits?
