Hi Wolf,

"In fact I won't be suprised if we go down tomorrow and close a little lower while TD keeps emptying the tank."

I suspect you may be right. Nevertheless, I bought yesterday at $5.50, because at this point I really don't want to take the chance nickel and diming this stock. I am comfortable enough that if we go down here, I can still sleep. That's the key change for me with UK final.

I did watch CIBC trading yesterday, since they were certainly the informed buyer last week. Notice they did not use the gap up as an opportunity to sell. In fact, they were the largest net buyer of the day, again.

House Bought Av/Sh Sold Av/Sh Net $Net
79 CIBC 100687 5.49 14182 5.51 86505 -474419

Despite what Rebecca is saying about still negotiating with a UK partner, I would not be surprised in the least to see this pulled out of the hat sooner rather than later. Personally, I would not discount this week or next.

Joe

<What do you think DMX would conservatively be worth in a
profitable state getting FDA final and starting to ship
in late 2002 to the US?>

Wolf, did you mean 2001?
